Erin Schuman selected as an Alexander M. Cruickshank Lecturer at the Gordon Research Conference in Switzerland
Erin Schuman, Director at the Max Planck Institute for Brain Research, was nominated and selected by the GRC Board of Trustees as an Alexander M. Cruickshank Lecturer at the Gordon Research Conference on Dendrites: Molecules, Structure & Function to be held at the Les Diablerets Conference Center on May 19-24, 2013, held in Les Diablerets, Switzerland. We congratulate her for this achievement.
When Dr. Alexander M. Cruickshank retired as Director of the Gordon Research Conferences, the Board of Trustees established the Alexander M. Cruickshank (AMC) Lectures in honor of his long and distinguished years of service to the Conferences. The Lectures are presented at Gordon Conferences and are in keeping with the Gordon Research Conferences´ tradition of presenting research at the Frontiers of Science. This year, over 50 nominations for Cruickshank Lecturers were submitted to the Board of Trustees for consideration.
