Humboldt Research Fellowships for Anna Schroeder (Letzkus Lab) and Chao Sun (Schuman Lab)

The Alexander von Humboldt Foundation has recently awarded prestigious fellowships to both postdocs at the Max Planck Institute for Brain Research to support their research.

 

Anna Schroeder joined the Letzkus Lab in February this year to study the impact of long-range inhibition on neocortical circuit function and behavior. Chao Sun started his research in the Schuman Lab in August 2018 and investigates the “sociology”  of neuronal synapses using quantitative, single-molecule imaging.
We congratulate both researchers on this great acknowledgment of their achievements.
