Prof. Leo Peichl and Dr. Stephan Junek presented their research to high-school students

Leo Peichl, Project Group Leader at the Max Planck Institute for Brain Research, presented his research on color vision in mammals at the Ziehenschule in Frankfurt, whereas Stephan Junek, postdoc at the Laurent Department, explained students of the Liebigschule (Frankfurt) and Altkönigschule (Kronberg) why we do not understand the brain (yet).

The lectures were part of the yearly Science Days of the project Brückenschlagen ("building bridges"), which aims to organizes presentations by scientists of the Goethe University and the Max Planck Institute to at high-schools in Frankfurt in order to inspire these young students for a career in science.
